Corksport Turbo Inlet Pipe

Is anyone running one of these? What are your opinions? Any pics installed? Seems like a nice part for a good price. Let me know. Thanks.

I just received the full CS intake which includes the inlet and TIP. Picked it up from UPS last night. Quality looks pretty good from what I can tell. Prob won't get it onto the car for a week or so. I'll try to remember to update here after the install. One things for sure, can't beat the price!

Very interesting that this thread pops up, because I was thinking about picking up one of their intake systems. I already have the Cobb SRI and I was thinking about picking up a TIP; the way I figure, it's going to be less expensive to just sell the Cobb and buy the full CS intake as opposed to buying a separate TIP.

...and I can get the entire thing in red, which is pretty cool.

Exactly, $89 bucks for the TIP is a good deal. Maybe I will give it a shot.

I'll be ordering the CS full SRI, or the PG SRI cant decide right now, but a week from now, will be getting one of the two...and the TIP is an easy install, just a few hard to reach places.

I am have the Inlet.. SRI and the cold air box from corksport. Fit pretty good no problems really.

How loud is it under acceleration? Is it quieter than a CAI?

No, you'll get a lot more whistle out of a short ram intake setup.

being that this TIP is metal, both CAI and SRI you will still hear a loud turbo spool.

anyway, like in the other inlet thread, i think i decided on this TIP also.
Just gotta confirm fitment with the MSCAI...

I contacted Jason@Corksport and he said fitment with MSCAI is fine.

yup, i just called them earlier too... they said the diameter between the intake and inlet is very slightly different so just make sure the coupler is tightly secured!

now to find one, they are OUT of stock until about a month from now.
lolz, either find a used one or wait. oy vey!

Installed mine today with the airbox...This thing makes some really cool sounds and the car seems to pulll better top end. and my engine bay still looks stock
