You guys should also just remake some S-pipes, there seems to be quite a few people who are looking for just the S to complete their exhaust.

Well I put my SS SLS mid pip up for sale. I figured that it is better than paying someone to cut the J off of it. I listed it for $275. We'll see how that goes. I won't be buying the down pipe until it sells.
Although with my current luck, as soon as it sells, Corksport will be out of the full downpipe and only be offering the S pipe.

they don't make the s pipe anymore
So we've been told, but they weren't making the full down pipe anymore either as of a few months ago, so stranger things have happened.

There was no solid statement said about them not making the downpipe anymore. Everyone assumes that because they don't post in their thread for a while. They might be a little busy with other projects. Plus, they have lives too. I have talked to them through PMs and directly through email. As much as everyone wants a downpipe, nobody has ordered one from them when it was available the first time. Also, with as many products as they make for different platforms that do sell quickly, I wouldn't spend too much time on a product with false demand either. To clarify on "false demand", every time a new product is introduced, everyone wants it. But, only a handful actually buy it. So, they spend all this time making and testing a product as a result of all of this false demand and out of a batch of 20, only 5 or 6 sell. The rest sit around and collect dust. That's a waste of time and money. On another note, Why would they still sell the old two piece design after revising the downpipe for a complete one piece? The reason it was revised was to eliminate the possibility of a leak between the s and j pipes. Plus, when they first posted the new one piece downpipe in 2010, I asked about the old 2 piece. Just like they said a few posts earlier, they said the same thing two years ago...there was no chance of them making the old design again. Im not trying to start a war in any way, I just want to try to clarify things a little.

Ugh... I need money! Just hoping this product stays around until the end of June, that's the absolute latest I'd be able to get it. Hoping to get it sometime in May though.

no they are not. corksport no longer makes them. only way is if you find a used one. if u can find a pope DP. jump on it!
