there any possible way you have pics of what you've down?

the cut I made to the bumper support is perfectly straight, the foam wasn't as easy lol
I want to buy a stock grill to remove the blocked holes to take advantage of what I've done to the bumper support.

i wouldnt cut mine only because when i tried to trade my mustang in with a plasma cut bumper support, the dealership wouldnt take it. I would try to cut the welds off and only use the bolts if need be. I wanna see a pic of the front of a ms6 with the black grill removed in front of the intercooler and no bumper support

I'll bet you a million jelly beans you couldn't tell if my support is cut with my bumper cover on.
As a matter of fact, you can't even tell I have a FMIC
The pics are when I was fitting the IC in my car
I misted high temp flat black over the IC before final assembly

is that intercooler painted or anodized?

the pic in this thread was during fitment so the IC looks a little crappy
It has a thin coat of flat black paint to stealth the front mount in the pics above
the final was a thin finishing coat of semi glass mostly over the end tanks and just barley enough to cover the aluminum over the core itself.

ya i have more pics and i do have mine setup to re-circ. i had a buddy of mine who owns a show weld a nipple on for me.

i love it dude i can now take it up to 6500 easy! i accually have to look at the RPM's to shift as opposed to felling it when it died at 5800-6000. one more thing i love about it is that although you CAN here the turbo spolling you CANNOT here my forge by-pass valve which was getting kinda old to me. really no turbo lag at all and when cork sport says that you can expect 30hp and 40 tg they are pretty dawn close!
