Coolant smell

Driving home from work today, relatively warm out but not hot, I noticed the smell of coolant whenever I stopped at a red light. Temp gauge is in the usual spot 1/4 of the the way between C and H. Got home and found no coolant leaks anywhere. This is the first time i've smelled anything other than the warm silicone smell from my new Cobb SRI. And the past few weeks it's been way warmer out than today. Had the car 2 months now.
Any ideas why this new odour has arrived?

is the coolant tank still full? any kind of debris or color change in the tank?

any leaks under the car?

Coolant is still full, nothing seems to be leaking anywhere. Gonna pull the skid plate tomorrow morning and see if there are any drips on it. Someone on the other forum said they had the same problem, and there is a little hose under where my TIP bolts on that was loose and he just reclamped it and the smell went away. I'll check that out too.

Are you sure it's not a gear lube smell? I had a similar problem, brought it to a shop and was told it was my front passenger inner axle seal that was leaking. Blowing back and burning off on my exhaust pipe. It was replaced and haven't smelled it since.

It's defintely coolant, and the smell is coming from around the Turbo / Manifold area . I checked all the hoses in that area and they all seem to be on solid and not leaking. I'm puzzled.

check your engine oil and see what color it is.

that was my initial thought as well, but if the coolant isn't low and looks normal, i'd put money on his oil being fine as well.
