Yes it does....We'll see how much Mitsubishi decides to neuter the Lancer when it finally arrives in the US. Personally I would probably still pick the WRX over the Lancer. Now, if they put a 5 year, 60K mile warranty on it like their other cars, it might appeal to a lot more buyers.
