Control Arm/Ball Joint DISASTER!!

I've replaced my control arm 3 different times with no luck! I'll get the ball joint into the knuckle nice and tight, wheel attached, no movement left/right/up/down. Then I put the car on the ground, jack it back up, and bad movement left to right. I can see the ball joint wiggling back and forth inside the knuckle but it won't tighten up any tighter.
Could it just be a worn out knuckle or is there anything else it could be? I've replaced the control arm (3 times), wheel bearings, tie rods, just about the entire front end! PLEASE HELP!!!

The bolt on the knuckle will not secure the ball joint into place? It can only be the knuckle if you have used 3 control arms and they are correct MSP control arms.

+1 ^^ the knuckle may be bad, possibly have a hairline crack in it. ive replaced my control arms twice. once due to age and the 2nd due to slamming the curb in a snow storm which bent my control arm. and lateral links. luckily my knuckle wasn't damaged. but I did bend my rims, and front wheel bearing went bad too.

Thank you both! Peace of mind lol when I get a new knuckle for it, I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks again!
