Congrats to aMaff!

So, I know this is probably a really dumb idea, but I'm just curious what the ramifications would be for anyone with more knowledge on the matter than myself:

So, I have to pay 1 more month of rent on the appartment (for december, which is when the lease is up). That's $630. Say i decided not to pay it... What could they do?
Evict me? (derr I'm not there already lol)
Sue for the money?
Other?

You signed a lease, which is a valid contract in the state of Georgia. If they wanted to, they could take you to court for the balance you owe, plus any compensatory damages they wanted to claim. Did you have to give them a deposit when you moved in? Or last month's rent ahead of time?

anyone wanna take the last Lager?

$10.00 for the 12 packs

$6.00 for the 6 packs

JA = $20.00

Bryan = $20.00

Andrew = $12.00

Scott = $6.00

yep, that's what I figured. I got bored sitting in training and stupid thoughts entered my mind. Well... stupider than usual :p

I've gotta go back and look, but I'm pretty sure it's just the deposit. Gotta go read the lease papers. I've still got like 2 weeks

Standard is normally first and last month's rent, then a security deposit. Upon inspection, if everything looks okay, they'll return your deposit or at least part of your deposit. Make sure you check that out. :)
