Okay, So I bought a used 03 P5 and the guy that I bought it from didn't take car of it very well. So I am kind of doing regular maintenance to the car and said spark plugs are cheap. Well I look at the forums and I am not sure what plug I should get. So basically what is the best spark plug I can buy that may increase performance? Even if it is slightly. Also I know there is post about this already but I am confused for some reason.

Regular 2.00 NGK plugs perform the best.

Expensive platinum/Iridium plugs actually require more energy to fire. Their benefit is longevity.

So it's generally regarded that the copper NGK V-power plugs work best in the P5. There's a long and short plug. The USDM cars got the short plugs and the JDM cars got the long plugs. I've run both with little difference. The long style are ZFR5F11. Short ones are BKR5E11.

I'm running the NGK V-power plugs now and they've been a drastic improvement in my P5! Also, this exact plug should be listed in your owner's manual, I believe.
