computer question??

alright fellas. i just disconnected the battery as u guys said in order to rest my radio cuz it wouldn't flip back.. cool... it worked. anyhow. it took a couple minuteds after the battery was connected to restart the car. it is to my understanding that the computer was just resetting and learning everything again... which more than likely it was. anyhow, my question is that after recnnecting the battery and the computer re-registering it self and proccesing all that information, doe that affect the flash?? does the flash get reprogrammed as well? or does it goe back like it wasn't ever flashed??

no the flash is "burned" into the system.
