coming to Lynchburg

hey if anyone from the Lynchburg area wants to meet up, lemme know. im leaving for Virginia on wednesday (tomorrow) and will be leaving on sunday.

What does your Saturday look like Brian? I can send out a quick email to the club and see if anyone is available for a drive. Do you want to drive or park?

i have to be in Roanoke at around 3pm on saturday afternoon. so anything late morning or after 7pm would work best for me. i would say probably parking since i will be spending all day sunday afternoon driving back to Indiana (i hate that damn hell hole). lemme know.

oh and fore-warning, my car is dirty as hell from the rain y'all had wednesday nite. that s*** sucked driving in it. 9.5hr trip took me 11hrs to do...

Interestingly enough we were talking about a ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway down here that goes to Roanoke in a more interesting fashion than just the usual highway. Lemme see what I can conjure up.

Looks like we'll have some takers on the ride to Roanoke. Not sure how many yet although that doesn't really matter. Our usual first gathering spot is at River Ridge Mall. We meet at the Sears end of the mall in a small parking lot adjacent to Shakers Restaurant. We could either do lunch at the restaurant (around 12:00) or skip it and drive on to Roanoke. Should be able to get you there by 2:00 easy.

hrmm well i cant really do the lunch thing. i need to save my cash for the drive back to Indiana on sunday but i can meet up with y'all shortly after you eat???? oh and i need to be in Roanoke till 3

We don't really have to eat here. Lunch for whoever wants it in Roanoke is fine.

To be clear...you need to be in Roanoke at 3 ... or you are in Roanoke until 3?
