I bought it about a year ago when it came out and it ran really slowly on my computer, it took me a while to get some memory to play it again and I went back to play it a couple months ago and the grass was just flat black. I don't know what was wrong so I just stuck with Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge.

Love the series but RA2 is still the best balanced and most fun to play IMO. This most recent one has a poor range of vision and the game is a bit off balance.

i've had a problem with the left edge of the screen not working. any ideas on how to fix that?

Who knows man, I was pissed off that mine was ****** up. I have always like C&C and when I went to EA for customer support it seemed pretty much nonexistent. Maybe I didn't look hard enough.

hmm, that sucks. My video card was fine when I first installed it, then after I uninstalled and reinstalled about a year later with 512 MB more memory it was ******. I don't know why.

i tried generals, didn't like it. i still have my yuri's revenge RA2 cd on ready though. good times.

Yeah, I prefer RA2 and YR over it. Generals doesn't really feel like a C&C game, maybe it's because they changed the sidebar and made you click on buildings and pretty much copied WC3. That pissed me off, and another thing is no more Live Action scenes in between missions, I liked those.

I tried to play it on my lap top but I have to run it at the lowest settings. Kinda takes to fun out of the game. Time to go back to the Xbox.
