I just installed the Cobb turbo inlet and I like it alot. Not much of a difference if you already have an intake on. The intake is a bit louder, for me the car feels almost smoother, but its probably just me. Anyways I didn't take pictures and the install was pretty easy took about an hour for me, but I am glad it's done next is the Borla CBE when I get more cash. Has anyone had any problems with their intake/inlet to this point? Also how many miles should I clean the Cp-e nano?

I put mine in last night along with the TRZ tranny mount and it was a b**** to put it! getting the intake and BPV hose on the inlet frustrated the hell out of me! I had to tell someone... i feel better now. Anyway, I defently can tell a difference in sound and i spiked a little higher in boost at WOT. Don't know if cobb is thinking about incorperating the inlet in the Maps for the AP or does it matter? I would think a quicker spool would call for a tune but i'm no expert. After taking off that plastic piece of mazda crap i knew it would help that little turbo breath. I am pretty satisfied with the mod also

Installed mine lat night as well, all in all I think it was worth it. Same reactions as dronizm5, as far as smoother acceleration, quicker spool, and it does make the intake louder. Sounds so beastly now! Happy with my purchase so far(wiggle)
