i just installed my cobb sri and for some weird reason the car is lagging. On my way to work i barly pushed it and the car like jerked couple of times and this happened 3 different times. Now i hope you guys are understand what i mean. I just dont understand why this is happening or if i did something wrong?

anyone?

is it maybe cuz im pulling in alot more air and the computer is trying to work out new fuel trims to match all of it?

check to ensure that MAF is installed correctly. Also did you disconnect the battery when you did this?

I honestly thought my car got slower after my CAI install. Maybe its in my head because it did tend to smooth out the power band a bit more.

One day when im bored as hell ill go to stock for a little while to see how it feels.

well i disconnected the batter the negative part of it when i was installing the intake.... you guys think i should do it again?

How does your car idle? Is it a rough idle? Do have a dash hawk and what are your vac/boost readings at idle?

i actually have neither of any of the items u listed above =/..... but after 100 miles on my new intake.. the car is running fine now

Just installed SRI this past Sunday and have driven it all week and the car still feels a little sluggish when pressing on the gas. I'm running the Stage 1 + SF 93 octane map. I got a T-bolt where the Cobb inlet and SRI join so I really don't think there's a leak. Before the SRI I just had the Cobb Inlet and the power seemed instantaneous. I'm going to swap it out again this weekend to verify. Does anyone know the filter size for the MS3 Cobb Sri?
