wow...this is a first for me too. even stockers make more tq than hp.

YMMV but I would agree, my tune stays within 11.x:1, sometimes even dipping into the 10s. Rather be safe than sorry at the moment.

The short answer. No. There is NOBODY on this forum that is a TUNER that has ran both the SB and the AP.
