once uve updated the ap itslef on ur computer to 1.04 and plug it back into the car there should be a 2 step dongle update process where ull have to unplug the dongle twice, make sure u follow the directions exactly how the ap tells u too on the main screen and then its all set..atleast thats what mine did.
youse guys running the stage 2 map and having problems, do you have a turboback, or just a test pipe? because maybe they updated the stage 2 maps to actually be stage 2 and not shortcut 2.
I was running a downpipe back with the stage 2. Now I'm running full turbo back and now issues at all. Like I said, since I have the intake and inlet pipe, I'd really like to run a Stage 2+ map...
well i was looking at the live data on the ap and my stft is jumping around a bit it starts at 0 then stays between 5-7 but on 60 mph driving they go up to like 25 and drop down to like 14 or so my long term while idle is 10. i guess what im asking is it normal for the stft to jump around like that and does it have to stay at 0 all the time when its done learning? after that i should only look at the ltft?
I didn't see any of the version 1.02 having any maps for a upgraded IC. That being said. I wonder if we must run these new 1.02 maps to get FFS to work? im still wainting for the new ATR to be e-mailed.
Also, something of good news. Looks like Cobb is beta testing a 64 bit version of AP manager and AP updater. They've got a public signup and post about it here:
I'll be installing an ETS TMIC tomorrow that I acquired locally. I know that Mzdspd.com has a Stage 2+ TMIC map. Would that be the wisest choice? I recall some one saying a little while ago that they were reworking the maps on their site. Is that still true or are those maps good to go now?
