Clutch issue help

So when I try leaving work or my driveway I have to kinda half on the clutch due to stoping and going without stalling but here lately it's been getting stuck into gear. I've tried pulling really hard and I always have to cut the car off take it out of gear start it and then it's fine. The clutch isn't old and I've bled the clutch twice now. And for some reason it's still doing it any help would be nice. Also when I take off I can feel a pop noise in my clutch pedal when i fully let off to go.

If the noise is in the pedal itself, i'd guess master cylinder.

You have a leak somewhere, either the master or slave cylinder. If of unknown age I'd replace them both.

My cousin bought the car brand new 2002. He's never replaced much just your regular maintenance. but I do know the clutch and flywheel are replaced cause I did the work before I bought it. It has a fidanza 7lb flywheel and a stage 2 act clutch. So is there a way to test the slave and master cylinder? I know there isn't a leak I still have full fluid level I've even flushed the lines.

Slave cylinders usually leak externally. Master cylinders can leak internally, so you'll never lose any fluid but it won't hold any pressure.
