Hi, I'm ready to buy a Clutch and flywheel...I have already chosen what kind of clutch already but still looking for a flywheel.....Does anyone know any place that makes flywheels for THE MSP's????? I got ACT for the clutch but the flywheel....I don't know....

fidanza???? How do they weigh????and How long do they last....Will they wear out my clutch???

i was gonna buy a flywheel but cullen from ********** told me it would cause some problems, so i just have a spec stage 2 clutch now. and i gotta say that clutch is this shiznit. it grabs on so quick in all gears

Agreed. The stock flywheel is fine, I have an ACT street clutch & it grabs great<O:p</O:p

not what i was told. should replace the flywheel when you get a new clutch. resurfacing isnt even recommended.

i dont know man...im just goin by what cullen told me..im sure he knows more about our cars than i do

i'm going by what nick told me and i'm not going to say this guy is more knowledgable than this guy, but since nick is the one working on my car that's who i'm listening to. trust me, i would love to save the ~400 bucks on the flywheel, but eitherway, considering stock flywheel is like 18-20 pounds, and an upgraded one is 7-9 pounds, there's performance to be gained such as a faster revving engine etc.

Be sure to do all of your homework b4 buying an aftermarket flywheel. Search and read every thread you can. In short, your driveability is more than likely going to suffer if you go with the fidanza. Chatter... rough idle b/w low rpm shifts... etc. You CAN have your stock machined by a shop for a lot cheaper and they can take some weight out of it as well, while keeping it balanced.

All I'm saying is that there is enough information in this community for you to make YOUR own decision and not have to rely on someone else. Yes some are more knowledgeable, but that knowledge is shared here. Read all the pros and cons and decide for yourself.
