Clunk Updates

is there a set date for when they will be released i will be out of warranty in about 5500 miles and i want to take my car in for all my warranty issues at 1 time since my dealer is about a 45 min drive from me....

i need to set up a date to get serviced.....

the dealer is going through my car with a fine tooth brush to fix any issues with my car before my warranty is up

my dad had the land rover dealer do this with his discovery 2 and they replaced $2k worth of parts on his truck before the warranty was up..

so im having mazda do the same thing

Well there's something encouraging...I guess they finally let you back in the loop (2thumbs)

Why am I not surprised to hear this? By the way, the clunk on mine is at this stage where it follows the beat of the sub so I don't care anymore ;-)

All I know is I am damn depressed that after 2 F-ing years this problem still exists. 2 F-ing years. That is pathetic. Some manufacterers can design an ENTIRE CAR in less than 2 years, yet Mazda can't even fix 1 F-ing problem in 2 years.

If this "fix" is not out by next year I am selling this F-ing POS and buying a domestic brand -- at least then you get a POS that will have recalls to FIX the F-ing problems instead of all of the problems just being ignored. And the "fix" better not be a half-assed solution like the MSP's hesitation "fix." I want a permanent and complete solution that has no ill affects on the performance. Anything less is going to be the last F-ing straw. This pisses me the F off.

if this next iteration of the fix dosent work my dad is going to file a lawsuit with mazda...

after this fix if it dosent work my car will be a lemon

I cant even count the # of times i checked this thread hoping for some progress.

Newf you are still the man, hopefully this BS ends soon.

If he does and is able to do it on a national level. I'm guessing you could have 20 to 30 clients that come on this board enough that will particapte in the lawsuit. Only problem being we're spread out nationwide, so a state level case wouldnt do.

edit: edited for my idiotic confusion between pages

Oh, and paul, I wouldn't hop too long, you'll get really tired waiting for this thing to happen. Hope, just don't hop, unless you're in really good shape :D (Sorry Paul, had to add some humor to this thread at your expense (thumb) )

Mazdamp_18 : is your dad a lawyer? Ask him if he'd be interested in a class action, as I'm sure he'd have plenty of takers from here. Plus that = more $ for him :) Its a win-win X 1500+
;)

we are just really fed up with the negligence of mazda in this case... it was said before .. its been two f-ing years.... this is rediculous...

my car is 6000 from being out of warranty .. mazda WILL put in writing that this problem will be fixed no matter what my warrany situation is...

i havent talked to my dad alot about it but we are pissed and this WILL be fixed... this is a simple problem and just like any other problem there is more than likely and easy fix...

my bets are on mazda is pushing this along as long as possible so more and more people will be out of warranty and they wont have to spend the money on the fix....

mazda will hurt if they do not fix this problem

this is a flagship car for them and they are trying to get our money for the rest of our lives by us continuing to buy mazda cars... such as ... i am 19 and i end up getting married in a year.... i buy a mazda 6... i have kids i buy a mazda trubute... i have more kids .. .. i buy a mazda mpv.... i want a sports car for my mid life crisis i buy a RX-8.....

at this point i will NOT buy a mazda again since they neglect the younger buyers .... this is not good business sense... my dad was about to buy a mazda6 sport but b/c of them not taking care of me or my car problems he bought a 2003 Saab 9-3 .. . all on the basis of experience with mazda....

mazda is losing customers fast and better do something to make it better or they will be in a world of hurt...

(im done bitching now)

I'm halucinating...my bad...it was a post from the other page that I thought was on this one...(mental anquish) :D

edit: yep, time for bed. I think I'm coming down with something...
I wish I was able to drink...well, Maybe I'll have some Nyquil...:)
