Scott I am with you. I say we wait out septemebr and then we proceed. Before that I think we need a list of members, with real names willing to be involved. Then we send said list to Mazda. We are all coming up on warrenty cutoff here so we need to get going.

1st, you want to put our heads together on this one? I've got a decent contact at MNAO Cust Serv. who has been pretty helpful and would be a good starting point to funnel the information.

I'll start a new thread and everyone that has the problem, can pm me their info, I'll throw it on a spreadsheet and at least get a letter in (I know its been attempted before) but this time we'll just have to follow through a bit more. And I'm just mad enough to start knocking some skulls with some MAzda Mgmt.

mine Clunks! But not all the time. Just Rail-Road tracks, and bad roads.

I have Mazdaspeed struts, springs, sway bars and rear crossmember

Im beginning to think the bushing isn't the issue as many others have said. I think its something else in the suspension used by Mazda over what Racing Beat suggested that causes the bushings to fail prematurely. I don't expect a fix ever. But I'll fight to get one!

I have said this before. The Energy greasable bushings from Summit Racing have failed in mine and in my buddies.

Doomer, yes, you are correct. Its the endlinks and other pieces that are weak and putting undue stress on the bushings. Its not the bushings fault really, its the rest of the setup that is weak.

they won't sell it. Their not allowed. you can thank Mazda for that. And from what I can tell, there's nothing that says that the racing beat setup will work anyways. Having racing beat do up their one car with their bushing design, and drive it around on smooth roads in hot CA, doesn't cut it for testing in my mind

I was outa here for a while eh . ne ways I dont think being polite with Mazda will work at all. Lawsuit could be the only solution to it as the clunk has affiliation with safety. Doesnt matter how hard we cry thy wont listen unless we threaten to damage their image and name. Im sure at least one person in here knows a lawyer, why dont we all chip in and get a layer to represent us? Just make it public so we can also get support form other MP3 and MSP guys out there, sitting here and making talking among us wouldnt take us anywhere. BTW my car lasted at least t months (9000 KMs) this time (it was a fix by my friends, dealer and me) . But the dealer wont do it again:wtf: . I guess they got s*** from MCI for doing it with me:bs: .

Well there is the Lemon Law. In a nut shell, if the dealer does not mix the problem within 3 times of bringing it in to get fixed you are able to put in for this law, which will have the dealer buy back the car for what you have payed for allready..

Mine failed last week. I was taking an on ramp, a little faster than evreyone else as usual, and heard a huge clunk in the rear. Pulled off real quick (on the side of the highway) and found that the RSB had moved almost 1.5 inches to the side. That was rather bad, and the handling was definitely messed up. Took it back home, jacked it up, and moved it back into place (using the fixes-everything 4lb hammer). It's now centered again, but I didn't like that at all.

Well, i don't think this law is applicable to canadians.... We really have to find a way to get this done as ap. i really dotn have the financial support or language skills to lead, i will really appreciate it if some one start it. i'm sure if soemone start then others will jumb in and follow the trail... SOMEONE please....

I agree there tor, I do need to do some research on this lemon law today in fact. cause I took mine in 3 times already for the swaybars alone
