Clunck on 2nd

I have the euro edition of CX-7 (sorry guys for posting here..but no manual's on the CX forum..and has the same box as the MS6) and 1/5 times, when shifting from 1st to 2nd , especially ~2.500-3.000rpm I feel a "clunk", a hickup, on the stick from the location of neutral and just about when entering the 2nd gear. 1/8 times I feel the same from idle stop to 1st (at stoplights).
Does this from day one...3.000km on it now.
Any ideas?

Only recommendation I can think of is to bring it to your dealer to be checked.... Or drive another CX-7 n see if its a normal charectoristic of the CUV...
