Cleaning Fog Light Glass???

I had to replace one of my foglights on my 2002 pro5 and now the new one looks much clearer and brighter. Does anyone know a good way to clean the glass on the old fog light to look more like a new one?

I had this problem with the old headlight son my subaru. I used 1600 grit sandpaper to wt sand them down, followed by a buffing with meguiar's scratch-x. Didn't clean off all of the "yellow tint" but it definately helped.
