Changing Rear Drums to Rotor

I was wondering what I should do to change the rear drum brakes to the rotor brakes. I know that some of the proteges have the rear rotor brakes. Can those fit my 2000 Protege DX?

I did a search as well, could really filter the answer to the question:

If you have a 4-BOLT 1999 or 2000 Protege with Rear Drums and want to convert it to Rear 4-Bolt Disc Brakes, what are the donor cars ??

Is it a ford Escort ? a 2.0 ES ?
