OK, I know these usually don't turn into anything, but I'll try anyway:
I need to return my Protege5 to stock form, including removal of my audio system. I did the whole thing about a year ago, and throughout the entire system, I only made 2 holes in the car. I wasn't planning on removing this stuff (I usually drive cars for a minimum of 5 years), so I didn't see a big deal. However, now I need to make this look back to stock, so I need the center console replaced.
Before I go and buy a new one (I haven't even priced it yet) I would like to see if there's any audio people out there with a stock center console who would be interested in exchanging for one that has a subwoofer controller built into it. There's a Gain Control Knob and a 40hz boost/cut Knob. I attached a pic of the console mod that was made, sorry for the grainy look.
I'd rather do a meet and exchange, than to try and rely on each of us shipping parts, so if anyone around Tennessee wants what's basically a free EQ, PM me or post back or whatever.
