CEL's!

So I was driving and I got a CEL PO421- Warm up catalyst efficiency below threshold, which I figured would happen running catless. There is another code that had no description and it was titled IC 42064, which I don't know what it is except possibly the intercooler, but I don't really know. Any input would be helpful I can delete these codes using the cobb AP, but I would like to know what they are first.

I have heard alot of people throw codes with the catless setups I figured that was what it was

IC also stands for instrument cluster, ie the speedo and rev counter etc...
