(headbang) its GREAT!

Initial impressions didn't seem like much. Feel it took a few days for the ECU to adjust. My car only has a MS CAI, CS RP, and HKS SSQV so its probably not as lean as some of you with full bolt ons. Well, after a week the car feels great. Seems to start up quicker when cold, idles better, and feels smoother. I also do not notice any power drop at 5500 or so rpm. Seems to pull strong up to 6000. I get an occasional "pop" from the exhaust from it running on the rich side again (no biggie). I think I'm holding a couple more psi up top as others have reported, I only glanced because I was going to damn fast to really look lol ... It seriously pulls pretty hard at upper rpm's now.

I have a Dash Hawk in the mail, so cant wait to log.

Turbosmart MBC and splitsec map clamp being installed after I log current setup.

Overall, couldn't be happier. Big THANKS to Ken at PG for hooking me up (thumb)

I have had mine for a week as well. The install is very easy. Follow the how to and it works great.

I have noticed the same thing. Great power till redline and much smoother power down low when in a high gear and loading the engine.

This is a great mod.

Mrlilguy CDFP FTW!!!!!!!!

Yeah, mine isn't any louder than stock. The How-To made it simple...just take your time and make sure nothing gets inside of it when you're working on it.

I heard that regularly adding 18 year old single malt scotch whisky to the fuel tank helps a lot also (the driver's fuel tank, no the car's). This should not be done while driving, of course, but it does help with the storytelling afterward.

Back on point, the stock fuel pump is marginal and addressing this may be my next upgrade.

ok guys impressions after a few hundred miles. at 20 psi with my cobb ap i am seeing 16-1700 fuel pressure psi at WOT in 4th 5th and 6th. although i never logged my stocker at least i know that im good now anyway. what are you guys seeing at WOT?

20 psi on the factory turbo is bad. I would not keep it that high for too long.

thats what the cobb map calls for. I can not control it. It runs dam good though and 20 psi is more or less spike but it does hold up there at like 18-19 i believe. i was paying more attention to fuel pressure. kinda hard to monitor stuff good when ur going 100+ but 16-1700 at wot seems great..

Oh? Not too familiar with the COBB maps. Kind of up there but I guess if they tuned for it, it should hold up.

I just did this install as well. Nice and easy, car runs smoothly too. Only thing is I threw 2 CELs after I started the car. The one was for fuel rail input voltage too high, and the other one I don't even know what it was. I reset them and they havent come back since.
