Catalytic converters?

Is there any down side to removing your cat? And will it have any benefits if you’re running a cat back but still pushing the stock S pipe.

Yes there is, the noise level will go up, any oil, coolant, moisture you are burning will be more visible out of the exhaust, you will not be able to pass inspection if your state has any. There are a few but I think the gains will out way the negatives, or if your state has manditory testing run a good quality high flow cat. The biggest restriction in the MSP is the mid pipe (2 cats).

On that note, who knows how to trick my secondary o2 sensor?

Spark plug non-fouler method works perfect.

I just put a catless mid-pipe on my MSP, put the non-fouler in, reset the ECU and no troubles at all.

I definitely appreciate the help and I know that no cats is always the best way with mazda. But I dont want the car real loud. Im honestly enjoying having a quick quiet car cops cant hear 2miles away.
