CF 1 hood install--soliciting comments/help

So here it is. I'd like to know what people are doing for rain guards (if you are doing anything at all).

Couple things for y'all to know if you are considering these guys: CF1 ships the chrome vents seperately, so I had to drill them in myself. I haven't felt that nervous since the night before my wedding. I also spray painted the vents "bbq black" which worked perfect cuz the chrome is a little over the top in my opinion. Also, I'm not too happy with the way it sits slightly off center to the right as you face the car. It lines up perfectly until it has to close; then it seems the part which latches the hood down is just off a few mm. Oh well; I've come to conclusion that chances are pretty good that the dude getting paid to make the hood cares less about the fitment than the guy who has to own it. Overall, I'd give it a 8 out of 10 cuz worksmanship looks relly good otherwise.

It's alright. I don't know if people would be keen on drilling in the vents themselves on an expensive cf hood. And does it have rolled edges?

Yeah, I made sure to confirm CF1 would still warranty a hood that they told me to drill into; they said yes so I drilled away--turned out pretty good imo. It does not have rolled edges though. I know that would look smoother, but I'm not too worried about that though cuz the edges were buffed smooth pretty well.
