Car won't start, immobilzer?

Was fitting a headrest DVD player to my 09 Mazda 6 yesterday. Had the centre console out to connect into the cigarette lighter to power the unit, but prior to that disconnected a couple of plugs under the seats to check where I could get power from. After I finished and put everything back together the car won't start with either of the keys. I have tried disconnecting the negative terminal of the battery and holding down the brake pedal for 10 secs and recharged the battery overnight but still no go. I think it's probably something to do with the immobilizer. Anyone help?

Have you tried disconnecting everything you installed?

is there anything in the manual? i'd assume that if the battery was disconnected it could cause an issue (like the windows).
