Caps Lock?

Why is it the forum lets you type in ALL CAPS SOMETIMES, but other times you can't?

No, it has to do with whitespace.

The forum has a way to prevent an entire post from being in ALL CAPS. But in the middle of a post, YOU CAN POST ALL CAPS ALL DAY LONG AND IT WILL WORK OK.

There is a way around it, as my post above demonstrates, but I'm not going to give everyone that information. If you figure it out, fine
