Cannot use the front day lights?

AFAIK it doesnt on Canadian models. Canada has mandatory DRL.

After removing the fuse, I got an interesting result, as a pros I do not have always on the prime front light (bulbs), but as a con I have "Auto"always on , on any position of the stalker , wierd !
