Canadian MAZDASPEED owners that don't have their Production #, look inside

Per new (Canadian) MAZDASPEED owner, war.

I called that 800 number, told them my car was canadian, and they found it no problem.

dude's name was Dan.

took him all of 5 mins to pull up the number.

That is the # for MAZDA USA. It is the only number, I have ever used. You might check with 'war'. He was able to get the prod. # for for his 2003. I guess, he used that number, as well. I have it posted in the 2003.5 section.

option 5 is still the one for the mazdaspeed.

i guess when you get zoomzoom'ed out (after listening to that song over and over again while on hold) just tell them its a canadian car and the year. i don't think you will have any problems.

or just ask for Dan, the guy seemed to want to help out. spoke to some guy named Jake before and he seems abit clueless and not very willing to help.

if anything, ask for Dan, he was willing to help out and it didn't take long for him to get the info. i spoke to someone the day before who said they would call me back, never heard from him to this day, guy's name was Jake.

I just got off the phone w/ the above # and was talking to a Marie. She said they only have USA production #s. But she's gonna look into it a call me back tomorrow.

i got the same line of crap from Jake. well nearly, he just said he would have to consult numerous lists and he would call me back.

I just got off the phone with Mazda, and they said that no one by the name of Dan works there, and that they DON'T have the Canadian #'s, the chick new about this website to and told me to update it? So to all you Canadian's who have your production #'s where the hell did you get them????????????? Did you just go by your vin# cause then I would be #164

um, ok thats odd. i know i didn't call a different number. i just gave them my vin #. the guy found on his own that it was a canadian car.

apparently we can't just go by the vin # .. something about our vin's being mixed up in the regular protege #s

i found this number on the canadian mazda site, its the number for custom relations, maybe they can give it to you, i think i'm going to call there myself and double check

Nope just called there and they said no productions #'s for Canadian MSP?????????????? My patience is wearing thin, why would Mazda do this? There are only 250 cars to keep track of!

heh .. well i called that number, got the whole speach about no such thing as production number, but i was real nice to the lady and sweet talked my way into getting her to do more digging for me.

was trying to call another guy there that might know, but he's off on lunch so i have to wait till he gets back.
