A friend and I were traveling down a one lane road, with 5 cars in front of me, including a mini Cooper-S just in front of me; when I noticed an officer on the side of the raod about a block up. I maintained my speed (40), while the cooper-S sped forward about 1 car length; after passing the officer, he got behind me, we merged onto a two lane road, he came along side of me, told me to pull over, and went after the mini cooper. once pulled over, he gave the mini cooper a ticket, then came to me, and stated to me that he clocked the mini cooper at 52 MPH, but did not get me on radar. "And since the mini cooper was doing 52 MPH, and you were behind him, you must have been doing 52 MPH as well."
On the way home, I gave a car infront of me three car lengths, then proceeded to step on the gas from 40 MPH to 52 MPH, and only closed one car length! Which is exactly what the mini cooper had done infront of me...
So if an opinion is all that they need, then why do they even have a radar gun?!? They should just randomly pull people over!
