Can anyone identify this harness...?

So I was installing my boost tubes and t-clamps when I noticed this un-used harness:

I have a sport... I was thinking maybe the GTs use this harness...?

So are you saying that the Sport comes with the wiring for the alarm system...?
Possibility of a PnP alarm system is possible?

I just checked. It goes to a sensor on the hood latch.

Edit: you need to trust in Rotus, his "I believes" are rarely wrong.

It could be for the outside Temp. in rear view mirror display.

the ambient air temp sensor is in the middle of the front bumper cover. it wouldn't do any good to take the temperature in the engine bay. it would always be swelteringly hot, although here in south florida, that's what it feels like anyway.

on some days it might be cooler in the engine bay(eek2)
