Will the cams that Draxas sale for the 2.3L Focus go in the 2.3L Mazda 3??

No. The Focus doesn't have VVT.

not quite sure if everything will sit correctly? especially with our ecu's there's now way it would do anything right enough to be worth it. i think Nik needs to comment on this one, maybe pm him. both Crane and Crower have said they should have something out by end of summer (Crane seemed to be a bit ahead) so i'd just wait unless you really wanna be the guinea pig on this?

Heads are the same. Block is the same. Only difference is the crank and pistons. (maybe rods.) I could stroke my 2.0 to a 2.3 by scabbing the bottom end from a 2.3, as the bore is the same. Mebbe I'll spring for the mild cams and pop 'em in there.
Once I get my truck running, of course. (Can't down my only running vehicle!)

right on the money with that one!! Marcy was saying, though VVT changed things, the profiles of the cames were close to the stage 2 cams used on the zetec focus guys.

there are no choices right now, i don't know if you saw that. you have to wait until products come out to see the specs on each before anyone can say which is "best"

check out focaljet.com if you wanna just see specs on the focus cams. Walter (marcy motorsports) just posted on his install of the stage 3 cams from Crane i believe.
