I think your post was the victim of timing, Paul was replying to me suggesting a merge of the MP3 and MSp sections.

With over 5000 members a forum of modifing is far to vague. You would have no hope for organization. it would be unused and with good reason. That leaves the other sections to all have the same basic threads repeated constanty. Again we are back to tha same problems we have now.

If you do a search that covers every post you will get better results.

Regardless most forums I have ever been to could easily be simplified.

This could be (in no particular order)
MSP/P5/Protege 3rd gen- why seperate these they share parts? Saves moderators the trouble of policing what subject the posts are in.
Protege 1st and 2nd gen

off topic
Modifying
vendors/classified
Motorsports
other Mazdas

I agree with the suggestion that the MSP, MP3, P5 and 3rd Gen forums should be rolled into one. They're all 3rd generation Proteges anyway.
