Call from dealer!!!

Ok, so i've been talking with my main dealer though e-mails over the last few weeks. This morning I got a call from a dealer I visited 2 months ago about the MSP. I didn't even think I gave them my number! Anyway, he said he talked to the mazda...something...PRESIDENT!!! He told me that the delay was in fact a piece of tubing from the intake on the turbo and that they have been on there way shipping to dealers sence last monday! He then informed me that the car will be at his dealer along with the new mazda 6 by mid next week!

I know you all are thinking, ok another stupid rumor. But this must be pretty accurate information as the dealer called me through his own free will!!! I did not bug him at all about the car. I just asked him about it once 2 months ago! So, I do not think they would be getting me involved if I did not bug them unless this date is for real! As for all you out there eagerly waiting, the time is upon us! DON'T GIVE UP YET!!!

I heard the same from 2 dealers in chicagland area today. We should see it next week! (not holding my breath) but it would be nice.

I went down to my dealer today and talked to the sales manager and he told me he had no new info. I swear my dealer knows nothing! I guess us canadians will just have to wait a little longer????

it's okay for us Canadians to wait longer..
Here in Toronto, we're expecting 15 CM of snow tonight..
i think we're already at 3 Cm right now..

There's good and bad reasons for this car's delay..
good - imagine taking delivery, while driving out of the lot it while it snows! ( I know eventually, this car will see snow/salt/slush either way )
bad - i'm out of a car.

add biggers in elgin also...but they've also said this since i put down my deposit beginning of oct. "next week, next week"
