Its not as protective but it does make the fogs look a lot meaner. Check the photo.

What is it?

i see the fogs being abit darker?

Its called Gerber Vision. You can get it from places that do vinyl graphics, but it very expensive. It basically a mesh vinyl sticker. You can get it in any color. Its the stuff they put on bus windows that has graphics on it. In my opinion the fogs aren't that bright to begin with. I guess it cuts down the light slightly, but no more than any mesh cover would.

Why not just tint the foglights, if you are covering them in vinyl, same thing, and less expensive

Gerbervision

I got the Gerbervision for free through a friend and up close it looks much different than tint. I would be reseaching a little more on the carbon covers, but I'm hoping to toss that whole setup in favor of the Postert front end soon anyway. Later.

the hardest thing about it is a good mounting solution.

when i took my front bumper off i had a look at the fog lights. Unless you drill holes into the bumper you have to make some crazy attachments for it......
