Is there any kind of warning system on the CX-9 regarding breaks and when they should be replaced? I recall on chevy's they have a lil metal clip that rubs on the rotor when the pad is below a safe point, as an auditory warning.
I'm at 57K on my original set (which is way impressive) but 7k ago the shop said that I was getting low. So I'm curious if I should expect something, before the grinding happens? or just be pre-emptive and get them done now.
