CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT ARE THE BEST BRAKE PADS TO PURCHASE FOR THE P5. THE OEM BRAKE PADS ARE ALREADY WASTING. I'VE HAD THE CAR SINCE SEPT OF LAST YEAR. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. I'M LOOKING FOR PERFORMCAE TYPE WITH LOW BRAKE DUST AND WOULD LAST LONGER.

Brake Pads

I don't know about pads for a P5 as I've only had one for two days now, but I put Perfromance Friction Carbon Metalic pads on my '92 Saturn SC2 about 70,000 miles ago. There is still a lot of pad left and they took about 20' off of the stopping distance from 70 mph. They require more pedal pressure and you have to heat them a bit for them to work really well, but they were easy to find (Pep Boys) and not all that expensive. They also produce almost no dust.
