Took my car to the dealership due to weird noise coming from front passenger brakes and to get the flash. The called me and told me that the rotors were glazed over from the original coating of the brake pads. They sanded the pads and cleaned the rotors. It's fine now but...... Has anyone else had this problem.
P.S.- the flash helped a lot!!!

How did you drive your car when you first got it? If you aren't soft on the brakes during the first few hundred miles, you're likely to experience this.

Today while driving to school, my car started to make a loud whine sound when I would press the brakes...is this what you have? It sounded like one of those old beater cars you hear and I didn't even want to pull in to the parking lot. :( If it is still there after school I am going to take it in. I think it might have just been ice.
