mazda 3 isport
i have a 2011 mazda 3 isport. i was looking to replace the rotors for a decent price. i know not to skimp out to much because brakes are important but i couldnt help it when i saw the price. does anybody have any feed back or good news about these rotors? and they even come with ceramic pads. something seems to good to be true. if its any help my car only has 6500 miles on it i just want better breaks for when i get an intake and exhaust. thanx

go to rockauto.com and get centric e-coated rotors, and some hawk HPS pads. no need for fancy cross-drilled or slotted, as those features do nothing for actual performance.

Or USAutoParts.com Just got Centric e-coated rotors and Posi-Quiet Cermaic pads for all four corners for under $180 shipped. Rockauto had cheaper shipping but prices were a tad higher...saved about $20.

And IMO, save your money....at that mileage the OEM had better still be in good shape and no way will an intake and exhaust warrant extra stopping power for daily driving duties.

Stick with what you have. The OE brakes are plenty sufficient for your car, and you're only at 6500 miles so they definitely don't need to be replaced. Plus there is a good chance that these new rotors that come with pads will be a disappointment when compared to the OE stuff anyways.

If you are dead set on replacing your brakes, good rotors aren't nearly as important as good pads. I personally use the cheapest rotors from NAPA, even on my Miata which sees quick a bit of track time.
