Brake issue

My passenger rear has started making a noise. It makes like a womp womp sound when i'm on the brakes. Is this just a pad issue or maybe a warped rotor? The front rotor and pads and just the pads were replaced in Feb of 08 so it's about time. Should i Just replace the rotors too?

Warped rotor if i had to guess. Alot of places offer free brake inspections. Most of the time getting a pair of rotors resurfaced is inexpensive and should fix the problem.

while you're working on the brakes, give them all a good bleed (fluid is cheaper than rotors and calipers), and re-lube all the caliper slide pins.

Those two issues have cost me hundred$ over the past 4 years in replacement brake parts.
