BPT engine in Mazdaspeed Protege

I guy's, I would like to know if someone have already do this swap and, if I buy a BPT engine with this :

Full engine with new gasket, headgasket, bearing, ring, B6T rod, job valve seal

-ECU BP26 (original bpt ECU)
-all wiring of engine and tranny
-Tranny escort GT
-Turbo VJ20-VF8
-Clutch ACT Stage 3
-Flywheel Fidanza
-Alternator
-Starteur
-down pipe
-injectors
-Throttle
-Turbo hybrid VJ20-VF8
- Brand new timing belt
- Full rebuilt but now the engine got 40k and this engine came from a MX3

I would like to know what it missing to perfect fit in my msp 2003.5 ???

P.S. this guy want to sold me this engine for 2500$...it's a good price (i think so but i want to have your suggestions)
