Bought a MSP....I think its got springs already on it??? HELP

Ok guys, so Ive had my MSP for about 3 weeks now and today I decided to install my Kartboy bushings. When I was jacking the car up I realized that the springs and shocks dont look stock at all... and when the car is at normal height I can fit 1 finger in the rear and 2-2 1/2 in the front.... I know the springs are red and shocks are blue. And when Im next to Chris's (NeverSober) car I am at the same height in the front and lower in the rear than him and he has a MSP with aftermarket (Goldline I think) springs...any ideas??? Oh and BTW when he drove my car he was amazed how stiff it was and that my car seems to ride on rails compared to other MSP's... (eekdance)

So you're saying the MSP you have has the red and blue or you KNOW that it comes with RED and BLUE?! I'm confused. I think goldlines are yellow, I could be wrong. I have Teins on mine. You should be able to see the color if you bend down and look in the wheel hub.

So go look and come back. Or you could just take a picture and post it so we can tell. Ask Neversober, I'm sure he would've told you if it were lowered or not. Sounds like it is. Goldlines have a huge drop complared to other brands.

i think all MSP's already have springs on them.... isnt that why we bought the car? i know my MSP drove like it was on rails straight from the factory...anybody's not do that? i think you have the stock stuff buddy. maybe im wrong...but that definitely sounds exactly like what i had when i bought the car.

Mine are red and blue, but I have compared my height with other MSP's without any suspension done to them and mine is MUCH lower. Im not sure what Cris has exactly, maybe eibachs??? Either way at the last meet I compared (finger test) mine to a bone stock MSP and like I said, it aint the same.

BTW here's the result of the comaprison:
Mine-
Front: 2 - 2 1/2 fingers
Rear: 1 Finger

Stock MSP-
Front: 3 1/2 - 4 fingers
Rear : 2 1/2 fingers

Yeah my springs are bright ass red and I have baby blue shocks and struts... I was thinking maybe Eibachs as well. but I know for damn sure it aint stock height....lol

The OEM suspension consists of Tokico HP, blue, struts and Racing Beat, red, springs. Your car looks like its at stock ride height to me from your sig and the only aftermarket springs that are red are the Eibachs that come with Ground Controls.

You are stock.

Ok cool. Then what would the reason be for my car sitting lower than another MSP that was right next to me? Any help is appreciated... Maybe in a few minutes Ill sneak out of work and do a few camera phone shots

And most MSP's are VERY stiff already from factory. Take a picture next to his car and we'll see what we think. Btw, are you sure they may be lowering springs and not coil overs? Just a thought. I think Skunk 2's are also red. And do you hear any noise when you go over any bumps? Sqeeking, clunking, etc.? And do you scrape anywhere you go?

Yeah my ride is very very squeeky and i scrape in a few places...
anyways I just shot a few camera phone pics soo ill post them in a minute.
