It's put on right. Though there is always a small gap, it sags really bad in the summer here because it's so damn hot. I'll post some winter pics to show the difference.

is the bumper not put on right? it looks like there is a big gap between the bumper and the headlights. im not loving the wheels but nice

Its not actually a widebody, even if you mold those FENDER FLARES to the body, they are still fender flares.

Second, your front bumpre is NOT on right!

Red Arrow like I said before where the finder meets the bumper is OBVIOUSLY not sitting right.

Bleu Arrow Not only that but I can see embetween the headlight and the bumper.

Nooo, that is NOT always, or suposed to be there. If put on corect, there is NOT suposed to be any gap.


Why is that soooo hard to accept?

i agree. that fitment is horrible. there is also a huge gap between the hood and headlights. it looks as though the front bumper is melting right off the car.

Yeah I noticed that after blowing up the pic of the wing west car, the headlight line on there hood is perfect, not the same on the white car.

It shouldnt be like that even in Texas.

I asked my wife what she thought, and she said the car looks like its wearing eye liner.

That's cool about the thumper kit, I so want to hear one of those in person so get the motor built up soon. If you want some help just let me know and I'll try my best to help you out with the install. Just make sure to get the engine management for it, I know Chris has the AEM which would be perfect.

Yeah, my buddy just bought an 06 Escalade and loves it, he doesn't care about the gas thing as he makes a ton of money. I'll try and get some pics of his in the next few weeks as I'll be going over to his place in the near future...oh yeah, I'll get some pics of me in his Modena 360 as well.

I am well aware of what an actual widebody is. And I would take all the steps necessary to make it an actual widebody. Can you be a little bit less of a jerk next time someone posts a pic of a car for your viewing pleasure. and not nit-pick at every little flaw it has. It would have been sufficient to say "hey bro, nice car, but whoever installed your bumper did a ****** up job", rather than blowing up pictures, making side by side comparisons, and asking second opinions. I bet you wouldn't have wasted that much time doing research to find a solution to my fitment problems, but you sure can find everything that's wrong with it though. I've already aknowledged the fact that I have a HUGE gap between my bumper and my headlights, and have clearly stated that it doesn't bother me. I understand that there are some perfectionists out there but if thats you, then be a perfectionists on your own s***, and leave me be. I'm happy with my car for now and will fix the fitment issues when I get around to it. Thanks to all those who have given me compliments on the car and recognize that it is a work-in-progress and it not perfect (nor do I claim it to be). Sorry for the rant guys.

No its not and molding it wouldnt make fender flares into a widebody, a true widebody.

Stop being so defensive! The fitment is terrible take it like a man, and stop acting like it fits fine.

rac3rx, he answered the fitment question. have you ever lived in 120+ degree weather? polyurethane/plastics sag so much its rediculous. when we lived in arizona it permanently warped the first gens bumper. Also, the car looks AMAZING in white. i never used to like white, but your car really makes me dig it

I know, but that's part of life living in Las Vegas with a polyurethane bodykit. It tends to sag in 120+ degree weather. I'm sure there's more that I could do to get it to fit better, but I guess it just doesn't bother me that much to do anything about it

I can vouch. I left my size 13 flip flops on my patio for 2 days and now they are like size 10 and all curled up.
