Congrats! Pro solos are so much fun...the drag launch adds a whole extra dimention. Too bad the ATL region isn't having a double-cross this year.

How did is go Andres on the second one?

Video of My co-driver Launching at the Pro Solo:

On the first day of the Tour after I did my first run which is never my fast one, it started to rain and that was it... luckily my co-driver got a decent one before me, good enough for second after both days.
The second day of the Tour, we had to flip all the tires because the front ones got toasted from the Pro Solo days, after flipping them we put them on the rear. My co-driver did as well as he could , but David on the Mini was very fast, he had stayed the afternoon before practicing for hours at the Test and tune course (he was scared shitless since he lost to my co-driver that day); he also had 2 extra front tires that he was switching between runs. I had no hope to do well since the first day I had only one run and was not that good. I had one clean run not that fast and coned the last two.

In general the car did very well, powerful, balanced, and not having to shift to third gear was very helpful; once I get the suspension upgrade is going to be unbeatable in the right hands, so I need to start practicing and and watching the videos to correct my flaws.

I wish more Mazda 2 were competing , we proved is the car to have (well Andy already proved it).

Your car looks great out there. A friend of mine out in San Diego was telling me about you at the last autoX event we had. I'm just beginning the STF build switching over from a mediocre STU Evo X.
