I will tell you how the photograph was taken.
I had just finished washing the car and it was getting dark when my GF little brother came out of the house with this pretty cool blue LED flash light. Well, when he shined it on the wheels it looked pretty cool, so i went inside and grabbed the digital camera and snapped a picture with no flash. This picture has in no way been photoshoped. I just thought it looked cool.
I am sorry to disappointed anyone who thought I was using anyhting other than just a light and a camera.
