black lug nuts

Lols, Iwas looking at their site and it took me a minute to realize. I was thinking, "McGard...why is that so familiar?" when it dawned on me. I'm a firefighter and they retrofitted all of our hydrants so that they require a special wrench. The locks and the wrenches are made by McGard.

right on, so maybe you have experience with their quality and can vouch for them....

God, my free ones that I got free with my wheels are junk after 1 year!

Does the black finish last on the McGards?

to keep my free ones i got with my rotas i put soap in the lug key which helped from scratching them.

I had the black McGards Splinedrives and locks for 3 years or so and they held up wonderfully. Pricy, but if you can afford, they're worth it.

i run buddy club open end lugs and they are awesome.

I will always run McGard lugs. Somewhat pricier than your basic Gorilla/Muteki/bargain lugs, but they're the only thing keeping your wheels on your car.

I run the Mcgards now. I'll be swapping to some Kics R40 titans whenever they come in.
