i would reccomdend porting the supercharger while its out. its supposed to give a little more whine, and another psi.

have you heard this thing... it's freaking loud... killer spooling sound but kinda high pitched like a street bike... loud enough to sound illegal(probably is)... at the time i got to ride shotgun in Cres' car i would have so traded my turbo setup for it... even if i would have lost about 50 ponies on the trade... it sounds so amazing... i can go on and on and on about how ridonculous it sounds... for sure to turn heads

port/polish that thing and it will then be RIDONCULOUS

well successful weekend in the new garage... so much easier to work on the car when you you have the proper tools around and the space required.

IC piping

front of the car has been cut for the IC piping and all of the metal was hit with a wire wheel to clean it up then painted in Chassis rust saver paint so no more rust.

also have a very good friend(roadkill17 ;) ) who likes a challenge and was willing to help me this weekend. He spent a good 10 hours cutting/grinding/welding my SC inlet, could not have done it without him and i know this one is going to flow much better then the one that Cres had sent.(it needed to be rebuilt anyways) We spent a good portion of the day Saturday making cardboard versions so as to not waste so much steel and make sure it clears everything and looks/flows well.. Should be finished soon once i get more welding supplies. The only way the Sc parts could be made was locally with the car right there, its nice having people around that are able to do the things quickly and build to the standards you expect.

new inlet.. in progress

Fingers crossed for a good startup. I'm envious of the new garage space. I got my P5 on a lift Saturday and straightened out my front bumper. I realigned it and secured the aac brackets from underneath. It's flush on both sides now, just wish my driver side headlight was holding the bumper up. Also got in touch with Cleverfrog about the a/c line. Thanks JT

I made metal brackets for the middle since my headlight tabs were broken, they work much better.. not worried about the start up. Everything has been tested and done properly without rushing so that it would go good. Just waiting on parts now.

hopefully he has those AC parts you need, if not LMK i know a few other people who might.

Just paid for the parts. Do you have any detailed pics of your metal bumper brackets? I need to make some seeing as how brittle the headlights are. I do know Rockauto sells both the plastic OEM headlights, and all metal headlights. Really cool, but I'm not spending that kind of money.

Cameron ill snap a bunch of pics later today when I'm back in the shop and email them to you, it was easy to make and last much longer then the plastic tabs.

Awesome, I have a huge problem with my right side sagging in that support area. Did the tabs interfere with the headlight mount, or can they live vicariously? lol

Wire wheels FTW!!!

yeah they work great, I've worn out my share this winter..

my headlights mount like normally, my metal brackets just mount where the OEM tabs are and allow mt to use them to support the bumper and bolt the bumper down instead of plastic.

The only bad thing about them is when they start going you get little wires in your clothes and they poke you.

that and i find once they start going they are less efficient at the larger rust/paint removal. So i tend to keep the well used ones for the cleaning of bolts more so then rust removal/paint removal. Nothing nicer then clean bolts/threads when rebuilding cars.
