I'm beginning to like biking in to work despite the fact my ass still hurts. Did the ride back home yesterday in 18 mins. Today did 17 mins on the way in which was pretty good from the 20 mins it took me yesterday.

do you wear bike shorts? the padding helps. if you go to the mountain bike section they make baggy shorts with the padding so you don't look like a loser walking around in spandex

actually picking my road bike up today at lunch.....needed a couple new things and I really don't have the time to work on the bike!

i got mine ready last weekend but haven't had time to ride at all. put on a new chain, changed my outer ring to a bash guard, new grips, and just cleaned and lubed everything. hopefully some day i'll get to actually ride it

Kyle has been bugging me to come down to go biking or kayaking........

You will have to join us when I get down there for either event.....

I can bring both of my Kayaks!

I would totally mountain bike if I could. I have very bad knees (I usually wear a knee brace when playing sports) so mtn biking is out of the question, same with skiing which I used to be pretty good at.

Back on topic, Bike to work week, not Kayak to work.

Getting into riding the bike, times are slowly improving, less shifting. Had to get my wife to pickup me up at work yesterday, pouring rain.

But back to biking today.

I won't bike to work though.. There is a HUGE and steep hill on base to get to my office. I hate walking it let alone trying to bike it.
